Like every year, specialists from Baltic Environmental Forum in the beginning of June visited farmers of Nemunas Delta in whose fields globally endangered species – Aquatic warblers, together with other rare feathered neighbours are nesting. They talked to farmers about the possibilities to delay mowing in those areas as much as possible, so that the youngsters could grow up and be able to escape the heavy machinery, that is being used for mowing.
