On 3-4 of July, 2017, in the Žuvintas biosphere reserve the first foreign and Lithuanian expert meeting occurred, where the aquatic warbler translocation sites were visited and assessed, the program discussed, and advice and information shared about raising birds in captivity. In June 2018 the second meeting took place, where the progress of the aquatic warbler translocation was assessed.
