“BBC Wildlife Magazine” about Aquatic Warbler and it’s conservation

On August 22, the issue of “BBC Wildlife Magazine appeared, where passionate readers will find an article about the Aquatic Warbler, our conservation efforts and translocation of the juveniles.

“For us, this is an important acknowledgment that the chosen conservation methods and results reached are important and interesting for the community of naturalists, even outside the breeding range of the Aquatic Warbler. We sincerely thank for the journalist Neil Glenn, who was unexpectedly met by our colleague Rita Grinienė while visiting the Nemunas delta and who was so fascinated by the story of the Aquatic Warbler that he was able to convince the editors of “BBC wildlife” that this story must appear in this magazine. Of course, the editors also liked the excellent photos of our colegue Žymantas Morkvėnas that can complement and reveal the article better.”

After some time, the article will appear online.
